Prague Raptors are proud to announce that the club has officially become a member of European Football Clubs (EFC), marking another significant milestone in our journey.

This opportunity follows the promotion of the Prague Raptors Women's Team to the Czech First Division under the leadership of Lucie Martínková. Their historic achievement has not only secured top-flight football for the club but has also made Prague Raptors eligible to join one of Europe's leading football organisations.

A Historic Milestone

Promotion to the First Division was a landmark moment for everyone connected with Prague Raptors.

From the players and coaching staff to our volunteers, supporters and partners, this achievement reflects years of hard work, commitment and belief in what we're building. Becoming an EFC member is another important step in the continued growth of the club.

We would like to congratulate Lucie Martínková, her coaching staff and every player who contributed to this incredible achievement.

What is European Football Clubs (EFC)?

European Football Clubs (EFC) is the recognised independent representative body for professional football clubs across Europe and is recognised by both UEFA and FIFA as the sole independent organisation representing European clubs. Today, EFC represents more than 800 member clubs across 55 national associations, giving clubs a collective voice while providing opportunities to share knowledge, collaborate and help shape the future of European football.

The EFC network includes many of the biggest and most recognisable clubs in world football, with members including Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, AC Milan, Roma, Ajax, Porto and Sparta Prague, alongside hundreds of other professional clubs from across Europe.

For Prague Raptors, membership provides an opportunity to learn from some of Europe's most established clubs, exchange ideas and continue developing both on and off the pitch.

Looking Ahead

We're especially looking forward to attending the EFC General Assembly in Copenhagen this September, where representatives from more than 800 member clubs will come together to discuss the future of European football, exchange ideas and build new relationships.

For Prague Raptors, it will be an incredible opportunity to represent Czech football on the European stage, meet clubs from across the continent and bring back new ideas that will help us continue to grow.

Joining European Football Clubs is another exciting chapter in the Prague Raptors story. It reflects how far the club has come in a relatively short period of time and reinforces our ambition to keep building a football club that competes, develops and inspires both on and off the pitch.

We can't wait to begin this journey as part of the EFC family.
