We are extremely excited that the Raptors are now partnering with the awesome Football v Homophobia - which, in their own words "exists to challenge discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression at all levels in football. As an international initiative FvH engages in campaigning, education, advice and guidance, research, policy consultation"
Raptors President, Daz Moss, said: "As an inclusive club we are keen to make football more accessible to everyone in this part of the world and understand that there are many areas in which the game needs to improve across the board - on the terraces, in the dressing room and throughout the media. We hope that through assisting FvH in terms of social media exposure, and generating funding via our events we will be able to do our bit eventually making this a non-issue, that should be the aim!"
February is the big month of action for Football v Homophobia so we will be working with their team in the build up and throughout that period to help raise awareness and drive additional funding to the project.
