Prague Raptors Men's A Team will play in the Prague Championship next season after securing a memorable playoff victory over SK Slovan Kunratice and completing the most successful season in the club's history.

After years of hard work, development and belief, the Raptors have earned promotion to the fifth tier of Czech football, the highest level ever reached by the club.
The foundation was laid in the first leg, where American striker Galen Westervelt scored the decisive goal in a hard-fought 1-0 victory. Holding a narrow advantage heading into the return match, the Raptors knew there was still work to be done against a Kunratice side fighting to retain its place in the division.
The team rose to the occasion.
In the second leg, goals from Italian winger Andrea Rizzi and German defender Max Scherer helped seal the victory and spark celebrations among players, coaches, supporters and volunteers who have been part of the club's journey.

Led by Head Coach Kim Grant and captain Chris O'Dowd, the Men's A Team showed resilience, character and quality throughout the season. Their promotion is a reward for the commitment shown by everyone involved both on and off the pitch.
For a club founded in 2017, reaching the Prague Championship is another significant milestone. What started as a multicultural grassroots football project has grown into one of the most unique football communities in Europe, bringing together players and staff from more than 55 nationalities united by a shared love of the game.

This promotion is about more than moving up a division. It is a reflection of the culture, ambition and community that have driven Prague Raptors forward since day one.
The challenge now is to prepare for life in the Prague Championship, but for now there is time to celebrate a historic achievement.
Congratulations to Kim, Chris, the entire squad, and everyone who has played a part in this incredible season.
See you in the Prague Championship.
